Contest Details, Concept and Participation :
(i) These terms and conditions apply to the “Smartphone” programme for consumers (hereinafter referred to as ” Contest”) sponsored and launched by PVMI wherein consumers can participate by sending an SMS of the Batch Code printed on the pack to a 7090670906. Participants will get a revert SMS with a confirmation of participation.
(ii) The contest is valid only in India from 07/02/2021 to 14/04/2021 (herein after referred as “Contest Period”). The period from 09:00 a.m. on 12th January 2021 to 09:00 p.m. on 6th February 2021 is the ‘Pre-Contest Period’
For Tamil Nadu region, contest is valid from 14/02/2021 to 14/04/2021 (herein after referred as “Contest Period”). The period from 09:00 a.m. on 12th January 2021 to 09:00 p.m. on 13th February 2021 is the ‘Pre-Contest Period’
(iii) For Pre-Contest Period:
(a) For Rest of India: Since Promotion Products with Participation Codes will be available in the market before the Contest Period, Entries received from Participants during the pre- Contest Period shall be put in a Lucky Draw. A total of 936 winners will be announced for all entries received during Pre-Contest Period.
(b) For Tamil Nadu: Since Promotion Products with Participation Codes will be available in the market before the Contest Period, Entries received from Participants during the pre- Contest Period, skill-based question will be asked by the Organizer where customer has to describe their love for Center Fresh.
From the Valid Entries received, the first response describing their love for Center Fresh will be considered for evaluation.
Each entry from Tamil Nadu eligible for evaluation will be evaluated on the basis of creativity, ingenuity and imagination of the response received by an independent auditor appointed by the Organizers.
A total of 64 winners will be announced for all entries received during Pre-Contest Period.
(c) Each of the persons from whose mobile numbers these winning Entries are received shall be entitled to Mobile Recharge Prize; provided that not more than one Mobile Recharge Prize shall be awarded against Entries received from a single mobile number. However, these winning entries who have won a Mobile Recharge prize will be eligible to win a Smartphone prize during the contest period.
The winner of the Mobile Recharge prize will also have an option to choose an alternate reward of Rs 100 Cashback Prize (in lieu of Rs. 100 Mobile Recharge Prize) on www.centerfreshoffer.bigcityexperience.com
(d) On or before 26th Feb 2021, the Organizer shall attempt to contact each winner on the mobile number from which his/her winning Entry was received and intimate him/her of the process to claim his/her Prize. (See clause 8 below, titled ‘Contacting Winners’).
(e) During the Pre-Contest Period, 1000 (936 Winners for Rest of India and 64 Winners for Tamil Nadu) winners will be selected for Mobile Recharge Voucher.
(iv) For Contest Period
(i). For Rest of India: During the Contest Period Mobile Recharge Vouchers will be awarded to 1 winner every minute, irrespective of the time of entry of the participation (i.e., 720 winners will be selected each day from 9 AM to 9 PM during the contest period) Each winner shall be eligible subject to the conditions duly fulfilled by the shortlisted winner. (Contest Duration daily will be only from 9AM to 9 PM).
Similarly, During the Contest Period Smartphones will be awarded to 1 winner every hour, irrespective of the time of entry of the participation (i.e., 12 winners will be selected each day from 9 AM to 9 PM during the contest period) Each winner shall be eligible subject to the conditions duly fulfilled by the shortlisted winner. (Contest Duration daily will be only from 9AM to 9 PM)
(ii). For Tamil Nadu: During the Contest Period Mobile Recharge Vouchers will be awarded to 50 winners every day, irrespective of the time of entry of the participation (i.e., 50 winners will be selected each day from 9 AM to 9 PM during the contest period) Each winner shall be eligible subject to the conditions duly fulfilled by the shortlisted winner. (Contest Duration daily will be only from 9AM to 9 PM).
During the Contest Period Smartphone will be awarded to 50 winners during the promotion period, irrespective of the time of entry of the participation (i.e., 50 winners will be selected from 9 AM to 9 PM during the contest period) Each winner shall be eligible subject to the conditions duly fulfilled by the shortlisted winner. (Contest Duration daily will be only from 9AM to 9 PM).
(iii) During the Contest Period, 51240 (48240 Winners for Rest of India and 3000 Winners for Tamil Nadu) winners will be selected for MOBILE RECHARGE Vouchers during the contest period of 67 days.
Similarly, During the Contest Period, 854 (804 Winners for Rest of India and 50 Winners for Tamil Nadu) winners will be selected for Smartphones during the contest period of 67 days
(iv) If required, Perfetti may want to run a Pre-Contest for all the entries received before the start date of campaign, 1000 winners will be selected for Rs 100 Mobile Recharge Voucher from all the entries received before the start date of campaign.
(v) All IPR rights including trademark, copy right and designs used are the property of their respective owners.
(vi) The Contest is subject to all applicable central, state and local laws and regulations.
(ix) Consumers participating or seeking to participate in the Contest shall individually be referred to as “Participant” and collectively as “Participants”.
